Where does the plant start? Nooo, not from a hanger - from the address of the company president to employees, which is carefully hung exactly at eye level in the toilets, and not only there. So you involuntarily read it, after a week you learn it, and then, lo and behold, something changes in your head. The words are all correct! Jokes aside, but discipline at the plant is strict. Of course, no one walks in formation, but in everything else there is strict control. Even for a smoke break, which is allowed only six times a day, there is a strictly designated time. In general, the conditions, in the opinion of an ordinary office worker, are very harsh. And then there’s the assembly line, shifts of 8 or 12 hours (with lunch breaks, of course), and besides, you’re on your feet almost all day, and there’s no way to make a mistake - you need to check the work of the person from the previous stage of assembly and do your own well too and fast. Otherwise - stop! At the slightest mistake, the entire conveyor stops, and this threatens to disrupt the production plan.
In addition, more than one product model is produced on all lines. At any moment, each conveyor can switch from producing a cheap device to a premium model. However, the Ruza plant is far from Chinese small-scale mass production. There are fewer people, and labor is not so cheap. Of course, no one named the exact salaries, but a worker receives the same amount per month as the average for the given area, or even more. Mostly local residents from Dorokhov, Ruza, Tuchkovo and even Obninsk work here, but, judging by the uniforms, there are also a considerable number of “outsourcers” - temporary workers hired by a third-party organization. In total, almost 2,000 people work at the plant, which covers an area of almost 50 hectares. Production is flexible to a certain extent and adapts to the current needs of customers - you can not only quickly switch to other models, but also stop part of the lines or convert them.

The process of making such a craft is similar to creating ballpoint pens. A gel rod is inserted into a self-made body.

In order to make such an attractive thing, you will need a transparent cylinder, hermetically sealed with a pre-painted cork. A gel rod is inserted into the drilled hole in the cork. The cylinder is filled with an aqueous solution of glycerin. As the concentration of glycerol increases, the viscosity of the solution increases and objects inside the flask move more slowly.
Fish and foil stars, sequins and other decor are placed in the solution. The flask is hermetically sealed, and the product is ready for use.
Paper pen
Part of a standard sheet of paper is cut so that when it is curled, a bevel is obtained. Glued paper is tightly wound around a glue-coated rod. The outside of the workpiece is also covered with a layer of glue. After the glue has dried, the surface is painted and dried. Then it is varnished to increase its service life.
It should be noted that in this design the used rod cannot be replaced and a new handle will be required.
Pen-pencil
After making such a craft, the two items necessary for the work will be combined in one. The pencil should be shortened by half, sharpened with a knife to the desired diameter and inserted into the body of the pen, and then secured with adhesive tape.
Before final assembly, the rod should be shortened to the required length. The remains of the pencil should not be thrown away; they will be useful for the next craft.
