The absence of a working bell button on the gate creates certain difficulties when communicating with neighbors. Yes, and sometimes you yourself feel awkward when you go to your neighbors without prior agreement. I decided to try installing a bell on the gate with my own hands. As always, difficulties arose - there was a gate in the fence at a distance of 35 meters diagonally from the house. I didn’t want to pull the cable right away - the laying route is only by air, and I don’t like that. There are a lot of call radios on sale now. The cheapest one was purchased at a price of up to 200 rubles with a range of 150 meters. The design is simple. Radio button for installation indoors and a receiving unit with three melodies to choose from. The radio button included a 12 volt battery. And to make a call you had to purchase two AA batteries. Opening the radio button showed that such a structure cannot be placed on the street. Naturally, this didn’t stop me, that’s not why we bought it all, we use the purchased material to install a bell in our dacha with our own hands.
