Hello to the site members and guests of this article. Today I want to share a simple idea - how and from what you can make a simple foam gun. Such a device will not replace a professional tool - well, and of course it cannot compare with it in ease of use - but sometimes it can help out and help you finish what you started lelo. It just so happened that during the next foaming - it turned out that the next mounting gun died - the last one was bought for about 1000 rubles, either because I rarely use them or I chose the wrong manufacturer - in general there was no time to sort it out - I decided to try one a simple idea - just in case, I bought a new pistol, but did not activate it.
And so guys, what did I need for a homemade foam gun.
—BASIS-nozzle for cleaning foam guns (usually comes complete with a bottle of cleaner).
I put a furniture hanger with an eye on the nozzle (I first decided on the size and adjusted the holes)
Next, we needed a CAPSULE FROM DUPLE NAILS (6mm) and HEAT SHRINK INSULATION.
Connected all these elements.
After that, I put a piece of transparent hose on the fitting that had the appropriate diameter and required length (purchased at a hardware store).
It turned out to be such a simple pistol. Suitable for both foam and cleaner.
To date, I have emptied 5 cylinders with this pistol over the course of 1.5 months (two pistol and three regular) so far everything is working - of course it’s not so convenient - I don’t think it’s suitable for commercial use... for home use - that’s it. Now I have such a small interest in sports - how long will it last - the new one is still waiting on the shelf
