How to make an eagle from plasticine

The eagle is the king among all birds! A predator with a huge beak, terrifying claws and an incredibly large wingspan. Eagles have their own mythological history and have more than once been the cause of omens, deification and fear.

Today we will make the largest bird of prey with a keen eye, sensitive hearing and quick reaction. We blind this bird, giving it some good qualities.

List of materials you will need to sculpt the majestic eagle:

  • Plasticine: black, yellow and white;
  • Stack – a tool for modeling;
  • Match;
  • Thin wire.

1. Roll out an oval from black plasticine, which will be the basis of your craft (the body of an eagle). Roll out a smaller oval from white plasticine - this is a blank for the bird’s head.

2. Connect the white oval with a larger black oval using a match. Using your finger, stretch the white plasticine from the bird’s head over the body, imitating feathers.

3. Let's start shaping the eagle's face. Make a beak out of yellow plasticine. Make eyes from white and black plasticine.

4. Let's start forming the eagle's wings. Eagles are famous for their large wingspan, which is one of the main advantages of this majestic bird. Form triangles from black plasticine. Using a stack, cut out pieces of plasticine, simulating feathers, as shown in the photo.

5. Stick a thin wire along the top of the resulting wing (letter L), leaving a piece of wire to attach it to the body of the bird.

6. Do a similar procedure with the second wing and attach the wings to the body of the bird.

7. Let's start forming the eagle's tail. Form four small sausages from white plasticine, connect their upper parts together and attach them to the body of the almost finished bird.

8. Let's start making strong and terrifying paws of an eagle. Using yellow plasticine, form the bird's paws with three thick toes. Don't forget to put large black claws on each of the birds of prey's toes.

The predatory, majestic plasticine eagle is ready! Be careful eagles are predators! They fly quickly, love to eat and scare everyone around them.

Crow – modeling with step-by-step MK

We attach the head to the oval and smooth out the transition. We sculpt wings from two pieces of plasticine and cut through the feathers. We attach them to the back of the bird and add a tail. We sculpt a large beak, black paws with claws and eyes.

Species diversity

Initially, there are two types: based on paraffin or wax. They are divided into:

  • Medium density mass. Used for normal work. Easy to knead, holds any shape;
  • Soft (waxy). Great fun for kids. It does not need to be kneaded first. Easy to smear;
  • Sculptural. It is designed for children over five years old. It is designed for modeling wireframes;
  • Ball. Does not stain hands or surfaces.

Angry Birds game character made from plasticine: Mighty Eagle

The most powerful projectile in the famous game "Angry Birds" is the Mighty Eagle. We invite you to make it out of plasticine together with your children, especially if you are into modern computer games. This stern bird with a huge beak is not available to new players, so children will want to have such an unusual character in their arsenal. Introduce your children to plasticine creativity, because this is a great alternative to monotonous computer games.

Mighty eagle made of plasticine

1. If you are planning to create a computer character for the game “Angry Birds”, then you should not invent fantastic shades; it is better to use those colors that are dictated by the characteristics of the character’s appearance. To sculpt the Mighty Eagle you will need the following colors: white, black, yellow and brown.

2. Roll two balls - white and brown, approximately the same size.

3. Press down the dark ball, and use the white ball to make the head and neck of the bird. Extend the light part around the circumference with your fingers.

4. Stick the light piece onto the dark one. Treat the bottom of the white neck with a stack, making small notches at equal distances from each other.

5. In the place where you plan to make the eyes, first stick pink cakes, then duplicate them with white and black dots.

6. Make your eyes angry by adding furrowed black eyebrows.

7. Place a tuft of three black feathers on the top of the head, and also attach a similar tail at the back.

8. And the last detail is a huge eagle beak. Make this part from yellow plasticine, attach it to the muzzle and bend it slightly downward.

Now the plasticine craft is ready, making it is quite simple. The mighty Eagle is a true protector of the family of angry birds. Of course, everyone is afraid of him, he is harsh, but fair.

DIY sparrow step by step

Connect a large and a small ball. Smooth out the transition and form a long tail. Let's make a light yellow spot on the bird's belly and eyes. We attach yellow and black stripes to the brown wings. We create a relief using a stack. We attach the eyes, beak, paws and wings to the sparrow. The craft for the older group is ready.

Flamingos - we sculpt exotic birds in the senior group

Let's sculpt a graceful flamingo step by step. Take the wire and cover it with a thin layer of pink plasticine. Attach a round head to the tip and bend the neck in a wave. We roll an oval for the body and insert the neck into it. From three pieces we sculpt two wings and a tail. We use a stack to represent feathers. Let's make legs from wire and gray plasticine. We insert them into the body of the bird. We glue on the eyes and pink beak.

Similarly, you can make a swan, woodpecker, starling, heron or even a firebird. There are also Kargopol, Dymkovo, Kalinin birds or whistles, which can also be sculpted from plasticine. Crafts on this topic are suitable for children in the preparatory group or schoolchildren.

Owl - sculpt with your own hands

Let's make a realistic owl step by step. We form the body of the owl and attach the head. We smooth out the transition between the head and body well. Add light brown circles and yellow eyes with black pupils. We glue the beak and eyebrows. From small pieces of black, white and brown material we sculpt plumage for the bird. We decorate the owl's wings in a similar way. Attach the embossed tail and small paws.
