We glue a cardboard strip on the back side, as shown in the photo. We coat the second circle blank (also covered with fabric) with glue on the inside and glue it to the hat.

We press the fields well for better fixation. At the base of the hat, apply a small layer of glue (along the entire circumference), let it “grab” a little. Meanwhile, cut out a strip of fabric equal to the circumference of the base of the hat and twice as wide as the height of the buckle (to create a drapery).
