This series of lessons is intended for those who want to learn how to create their own weapons for video games, be it AAA First Person Shooter(FPS), Survival Game or Third Person Shooter(TPS). Modeling a weapon is very simple, but takes a lot of time, since first we have to create High-Poly model, after that we must do a retopology, thereby optimizing the model for games, bake Normal Map With High-Poly, apply quality Physically Based Rendering (PBR) textures and rig the 3D model for subsequent animation. The series of lessons will be divided into 3 parts: 1. Modeling a pistol, 2. Creating materials and animations for Glock, 3. Importing the model into Unity3D and creating a shooting script.
To create this model we will use the free and very powerful software Blender3D . The latest version of Blender at the time of writing is 2.78. You can download it from the official website. You can use any other software: 3DS Max, Maya and even the domestic Compass-3D , the only difference will be in the program interface. To create textures we will use everyone's favorite Photoshop GIMP will also work .
To create a Game-Ready Glock , we need to stick to this plan: 1. Find drawings and several references of the pistol 2. Start High-Poly modeling 3. Optimize the 3D model for games 4. Create PBR textures 5. Import the Glock into Unity

Yesterday I went out onto the balcony and realized, this is “headquarters”! And not just a headquarters, but a truly cool HQ) I immediately remembered my golden and rosy childhood. How much the magic words “headquarters”, “house”, “cabin”, “hut”, “shelter” meant to every boy and probably girls)) In general, while mom was not at home, we quickly threw out all the extra boxes, the old table, We moved all the junk into the closet and got a cool sunny room. So that the enemies could not find us, they pulled ropes, covered us with a sheet, hung a sail, laid sports mats on the floor, brought books about adventures and, of course, fixed a lantern under the roof, because you can only read by the light of a lantern. All is ready. The guy now lives on the balcony). Me too.
The May holidays are ahead, which means a dacha awaits us. He shared his experience in building different types of huts and headquarters for children and others, which any dad can build, even with crooked hands. I don’t promise step-by-step instructions, but I think something will be useful.

"Balcony"
Here we are dedicating an entire room to headquarters. We throw away everything unnecessary. We decorate: ropes, vines, stones, flowers (more), cover the floor with warm mats, install glazing (ideally). In general, we fill the balcony with all sorts of cool stuff that has nothing to do with boxes from TVs and household appliances, bicycles, etc. We decorated barometers, maps, paintings, etc. for the ship’s cabin, choose some idea and go ahead.
