When the excess chocolate has drained, place the bottle in the refrigerator for half an hour. We take the bottle out of the refrigerator and fill it again with melted chocolate, distributing it over the entire inner surface of the bottle. We also remove the excess and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Let's prepare the cream. Pour the cream into a convenient bowl, beat with a mixer at medium speed for a couple of minutes, add sugar, and when the cream thickens, add mascarpone and continue whipping (the result is a strong and elastic cream).
