Winter scents

On New Year's Eve, not only children, but also adults expect something special. Therefore, simply presenting tea, even of very high quality, is not enough. But adding it to a composition filled with the aromas of pine, citrus and cinnamon is akin to real magic.

You will need:

  • loose tea in a beautiful bag or box (can be replaced with coffee);
  • artificial spruce branches;
  • sugar berries, small Christmas balls, wooden snowflakes;
  • star anise, cinnamon sticks, larch cones, orange chips.

Tools and materials:

  • a sleeve of wide adhesive tape 5 cm high and 10 cm in diameter;
  • penoplex 5 cm thick with sides 10x10 cm, a piece of cardboard of the same size;
  • wooden spatula 15 – 20 pcs.;
  • stationery knife, wire cutters, heat gun, scissors;
  • jute twine, kraft packaging paper.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Making a flowerpot for a bouquet. As a base we use a sleeve of 5-centimeter tape. If you can’t find one, you can make an analogue yourself from thick kraft cardboard. Since the material bends with difficulty, it is necessary to apply transverse notches with the back of a stationery knife or a special tool - a creasing tool. A cardboard ring is then folded over them. The distance between the notches should be equal to the width of the wooden spatulas.
  2. Apply hot glue to the rim of the sleeve (or homemade ring).
  3. Glue a square of thin corrugated cardboard. We cut off the excess.
  4. We decorate the bottom with packaging craft.

  1. We cut out construction insulation - penoplex to the size of the flowerpot and insert it inside. It will replace a floral sponge for dried flowers. It is advisable to fix the penoplex by gluing it to the bottom of the package.
  2. To prevent the material from spoiling the appearance of the composition, we cover it with craft.
  3. We bought 14 cm long wooden spatulas purchased at the pharmacy and cut them in half. It is best to do this with pruning shears. We cover the side of the bushing with halves. The rounded part protrudes above the surface of the penoplex. We mask the joint between the “fence” of spatulas and the bottom with jute twine.
  4. The flowerpot is ready.

  1. We decorate it in the middle with two or three turns of twine. At several points we “tack” the jute with hot glue so that it does not move or sag. We thread the ends of the twine through an openwork wooden snowflake and make an elegant bow.
  2. We also tie a packet of tea with jute, maintaining a single style of composition. Glue a star anise and 2 - 3 sugar berries onto the crosshairs.
  3. We extend the spruce branches by gluing them to floral wire. We do the same with pre-painted artificial snow cones. Only in this case the wire needs to be folded in half and bent into a loop, increasing the area of contact with the scales. We install some of the branches vertically, sticking them at an angle into the penoplex.
  4. The rest are simply laid on the base and fixed pointwise with glue. We place the tea bag in the flowerpot without additional fastening - the protruding parts of the spatulas and spruce branches will securely hold it, preventing it from falling out.

  1. We begin to arrange small decor. We attach Christmas balls and dried orange slices to a wire and distribute them among the branches. We glue the part directly onto the penoplex. At the end, add star anise, cinnamon, sugar berries and rolled citrus peel. We fix all the parts with glue.

The result is a tea bouquet with a real New Year's aroma. It can give you a festive mood long before your favorite drink is brewed and drunk. To add the incomparable smell of pine needles to the notes of citrus and star anise, it is recommended to scent artificial branches with essential oil of spruce, fir or pine.

Options for women

Wicker packaging for women is often designed in bright or soft colors. Paraphernalia such as lace, ribbons, beads, artificial and real flowers, and citrus slices are widely used. The design should be consistent in color and meaning with the content. The younger the person for whom the gift is intended, the lighter colors should be used in the decor.

Cosmetic

Almost a win-win option with a wide selection of products. Choose “neutral”, fresh scents of cosmetics so as not to go wrong with the gift. You can put together a present from “natural” cosmetics. Place in wicker packaging:

  • liquid soap;
  • shower gel;
  • hand or foot cream;
  • body butter;
  • hair products (balm, mask, shampoo);
  • hand and body scrub;
  • home wrap;
  • makeup remover;
  • almost under the eyes;
  • fabric face mask.

The gift can be enriched with useful accessories. As a supplement there are:

  • orange nail sticks;
  • cotton pads and sticks of various colors;
  • wet wipes for makeup removal;
  • travel containers for cosmetics;
  • sponge-cognac for washing;
  • eyelash curler;
  • tweezers;
  • brushes for powder, blush, eye shadow;
  • pumice for feet;
  • hard body brush;
  • pencil sharpener.

A cosmetic basket should be assembled taking into account the individual preferences of the person for whom it is intended. Choose products from those companies that a particular woman prefers. If you don't know enough about a person's tastes, consider other options.

Grocery

Fitness basket

Recently, healthy food kits have become popular. A girl who watches her figure will be presented with:

  • whole grain bread;
  • cane sugar;
  • muesli;
  • honey;
  • fructose desserts;
  • chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 95%;
  • high-protein cereals (chickpeas, bulgur, red and green lentils);
  • chia seeds;
  • nuts;
  • dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes, dried cranberries and cherries, raisins).

Sweet

The easiest way to please the fair sex is to give a set of delicious and unusual sweets. Suitable:

  • chewing marmalade figures;
  • elite imported sweets;
  • marshmallows;
  • marshmallows in plates;
  • wafer rolls;
  • nuts in chocolate or honey;
  • macarons;
  • handmade chocolate;
  • interesting jam (walnut, tangerine, blackberry, mulberry);
  • fruit-flavored chewing gum.

Usually such sets are complemented with tea or coffee.

Wine

The stereotype that alcohol is only given to men is outdated. Tastefully chosen wine or champagne will surprise and delight the fair sex. Complete the gift with a suitable snack.

Pair with wine:

  • grapes, pears;
  • honey;
  • fresh baguette or ciabatta;
  • honey;
  • nuts;
  • white mold cheese (Camembert, Brie).

Add to the champagne:

  • red caviar;
  • strawberries;
  • blue cheese.

Perfumery

This basket is presented to a well-known person. Aroma is a delicate matter; only an exact match to the lady’s tastes will cause a pleasant impression of the gift. You can collect sets with vanilla, chocolate, citrus, spicy, sea, and floral scents. The following will fit perfectly into the “collection”:

  • eau de parfum;
  • “veil” for hair;
  • dry perfume;
  • shower gel;
  • foam, salt or bath bomb;
  • sachet for dresser drawer;
  • aroma diffuser for home;
  • aroma candle;
  • hand cream;
  • notebook with scented pages.

Greenfield tea bouquet

For bouquets with coffee and sweets, Greenfield tea in bags is most often used. But you can look for another one, in which each bag will also be placed in individual packaging. It's good if it's monochromatic.
