Dimensions

On one free weekend. I decided to implement my old idea. Make a box for an expedition trunk for every need. Everything needed was purchased in advance and had been awaiting use for a long time.

Previously, a sheet of aluminum was cut on a guillotine. Box size 700x600x300mm.

The corner has been filed. I used 40x40, 30x30, 40x20, and 40mm strips.
