First we will make a stand for our future ship from money. To do this, cut out a rectangle of any size from cardboard, so that the boat along with the sails fits on it. We will also cut out the upper part of the stern from cardboard, which we will later attach to a wicker basket (lower stern).

Cover the cardboard parts with wrapping paper and secure with tape.

We decorate the upper stern with chocolate bars and attach them with double-sided tape.

Let's start making sails from banknotes. For this we will need wooden skewers and money. Fold each bill in half, attach the top and bottom parts to a skewer using thin tape, as shown in the picture. We will make 3 sails in total (more is possible). Then your birthday person will be able to carefully remove the tape from the money without damaging it.

Let's make the rear sail (I would like to apologize right away for the possibly incorrect names of the parts of the ship). To do this, twist a banknote around a skewer as shown in the photo, bending the banknote to the desired size if necessary. Secure the structure with tape.

It's the turn of the front sail. We need to fold the banknote in the shape of a right triangle and secure it with tape.

All that remains is to assemble our boat from the money into a finished souvenir.

Attach the upper feed to the lower feed (basket). Use skewers with sails made of money to pierce the upper stern (I didn’t fasten it with anything separately, the fasteners from the skewers were enough).

I offer you a master class on creating an unusual craft - a money boat from cocktail tubes and jute twine.
To make a boat from coins and banknotes you will need:

cocktail straws,
jute twine (can be replaced with yarn),
some coins
decorative banknotes,
cardboard,
several skewers,
glue gun or universal glue “Moment”.

Step 1: Wrap the tubes with twine.

We take tubes, yarn or twine, wrap them, bending them a little.

Step 2: Using a heat gun or universal glue, glue them together.

These are the sides you should get. I chose a height of 7 tubes.

We cut off a small piece of the tube, equal in height to the sides, wrap it with twine and glue the sides to it, forming the bow of our money boat.

Step 3: Making the stern.

We cut the tubes with a length equal to the distance between the sides, wrap them with twine and glue them together.

Glue the back to the sides.

This is what should happen.

Step 4: Bottom of the ship.

We trace the blank of our vessel along the outer edge on cardboard.

We paste it over from the front side with twine in a spiral, starting from the edge, with each “circle” approaching the middle.

Step 5: Deck.

We trace the workpiece along the inner contour on the cardboard, leaving small ears. We also need to lengthen the deck by the amount of the elevation of the captain's bridge.

We bend the workpiece along the marked blue lines, we get a deck with a captain's bridge.

I covered the deck with decorative bills, you can also use jute twine.

Glue the bottom first. I used hot glue.

And then, using a heat gun, we secure the deck in several places.

If you don’t bother too much with the deck, you can trace the blank along the inner edge on cardboard. Cover the front side of the cardboard with bills or twine. And put a few pieces of foam under the deck.

Step 6: Mast.

I built a mast from bamboo skewers and a tube. I made one. If the deck is made level, it will be possible to accommodate three masts.

We pierce the tube with a skewer, stretch it and cut it. And so does everyone else.

We make a hole and secure the mast in two places. Apply glue to the tip of the mast and install it. We also fix it on the deck with hot glue.

I forgot to say, I glued the tip of the skewer to the mast, before I started wrapping it with twine, for the flag from the bill.

Step 7: Front and rear masts.

To strengthen the sails, we make the front mast of the bow of the ship from a skewer, wrap it with twine and secure it to the deck.

You should take a bath for no more than 10 minutes. Now the water should be drained and the coin should be hidden in a safe place. This is not the only ritual with water that is performed to attract money. They are very popular, which are carried out to increase wealth and happiness in the home.

Trying to create a panel

To complete the work you will need:

Dense plywood base;
Putty and spatula;
Masking tape;
Paper napkins of any color;
Item for sanding a painting;
Glue "Moment";
Acrylic paints black and gold;
Foam sponge.

On the prepared base, a sketch of a tree trunk and a pebble on the ground is depicted. The drawn lines of the image are sealed with masking tape cut into narrow and short strips.

To perform the next step, putty and a spatula are required. The putty is applied using a tool to the pebbles and to the trunk of the future tree. The material is applied carefully, without bending the masking tape.

After 20 minutes, until the putty has dried completely, the strips of masking tape come off. The work waits until it dries completely, which is about another two hours.

When the work is completely dry, the top layer must be carefully passed with a sanding object.

The next stage of the work is gluing the coins in any order, but preferably at a maintained distance from each other.

PVA glue and plain water are diluted in a small container; the diluted amount should be 1:1. Napkins of any color are cut into shreds up to 2 cm wide. The finished cut pieces, one at a time, are lightly dipped into a container with diluted glue; do not overdo it with glue on the paper, as it may spread. The resulting strips are carefully and tightly twisted with your palms in the form of tubes. The finished bundles are glued one at a time between the coins.

After gluing the flagella, you can place more coins on top, which will create a volume effect.

After the glue has completely dried, black acrylic paint is applied over the painting. When the paint is dry, use a foam sponge and acrylic gold paint to cover the tree trunk, pebbles and coins.

The outline of the tree trunk and stones can be highlighted with a brush with gold paint.
