Candy gifts for February 23: weights, mug, cannon and others

Creation Toolkit

To assemble candy tanks, the step-by-step description of which is given in the article, you will need the following tools and materials:

  • 2 boxes (larger and smaller).
  • Double sided tape.
  • A napkin made of large straws.
  • Wrapping paper, better than “military” protective tones.
  • Foam sheet.
  • Sharp knife.
  • Tissue paper - green and brown.
  • Chocolate medals for wheels.
  • Sweets: bars, small chocolates.
  • Corrugated cardboard.
  • Scotch.
  • Glue (preferably odorless) or hot melt glue.
  • Bottle of alcohol.
  • Decorative cord, stars, ribbon.

Alcohol tank for adults

A great gift for them is a large toy in the form of a tank made of sweets and alcohol. Those with a sweet tooth will be both pleased and interested to receive such a tasty surprise. As before, any sweets and chocolate can be used here. For wheels, you can take both medals and flat round candies. But here you will need to add a bottle of alcoholic drink to the load.

It will serve as the muzzle of the tank. All candies and chocolate are secured with double-sided tape. The stand for such a serious tank also needs to be made serious, since its weight is quite impressive, and ordinary cardboard will not support it.

Snickers lover

On the holiday of Defender of the Fatherland, it is imperative to congratulate and give gifts to every man. A harsh tank made of Snickers candies is a very masculine gift! It is made using the technology presented above, only the boxes will need much larger and stronger ones. You can stuff them with something from the inside, such as crumpled up newspaper. And to make a really strong tank, cut out blanks for it from foam plastic. Cut a small recess in the top blank and glue the barrel - a strip of cardboard rolled into a narrow tube. Now very carefully cover the entire structure with khaki wrapping paper.

Next, let's assemble the chocolate armor. We take small Snickers chocolates (you can have others that your man likes) and glue them onto the blank. Caterpillars can also be made from candies in the form of narrow sticks. Let's glue on the wheels (medals) - and that's it, we've prepared a do-it-yourself candy tank for our favorite defender!

Tank for men

For an adult, this option, consisting only of sweets, is unlikely to be suitable. Therefore, we will add a bottle to our surprise that can be decorated with foil. The liquor bottle will represent a weapon.

Probably, such a technique will make the most stern warrior smile. And don’t forget that such a tank will definitely become a decoration for the holiday table. Everyone will be interested in how you came up with, and even more so, how you made such an unusual gift!

Of course, each tank will be different, and yours will be unique! But this is what we wanted, to surprise and interest.

Create and surprise. And I will help you with this.

We assemble a simple tank from candies with our own hands in a step-by-step MK

For this work you will need:

  • Small and tasty chocolates of various shapes - square, round and rectangular;
  • A little corrugated cardboard and regular thin cardboard;
  • Golden corrugated paper (or any color you like);
  • Ordinary wooden skewers;
  • Straw napkin;
  • Scissors;
  • Glue;
  • Double-sided tape;
  • Decorative cord, stars from shoulder straps and ribbon.

Now we will tell you the step-by-step moments of creating a sweet gift.

Detailed instructions:

  • Initially, we will cut out special blanks for the future tank from cardboard: we make the base for the hull from corrugated cardboard, and the turret parts (circle and strip) from thin ordinary cardboard. We will determine the dimensions of these parts relative to the dimensions of the chocolate that we prepared.
  • We glue the round tower together, and bend the corrugated cardboard base along the edges, front and back.
  • Our cannon cannon for a candy tank can be made from ordinary wooden skewers. We take 5-6 pieces of skewers, fold them and wrap them along the entire length with a strip of golden corrugated paper. We will twist several paper strips on top of each other onto the tip of the cannon, so we will make the edge thicker.
  • Next, we cover the cardboard blanks with gold corrugated paper. The upper part of the tower can additionally be decorated along the contour with a cord.
  • It is necessary to make a hole in the tank turret for the cannon.

  • Using double-sided tape (you can use hot glue), we attach the candies to the base of the tank and the turret, according to the layout we have previously thought out.
  • Let's decorate our blanks with ribbon.

When these two parts are ready, you can glue them together.

The tank, as we know, has a caterpillar drive, so we need to make tracks. They can be made using a napkin made from straw; we cut two strips of the width we need from it. If you don’t have such a napkin, then the caterpillars for the candy tank we are creating can be made from three-layer corrugated cardboard, but you need to separate one layer.

For the base of the chassis, on which the tracks and the entire tank made of candies will be attached, there will be two elongated ovals cut from polystyrene foam. Next we cover them with dark colored corrugated paper.

And the wheels of the tank, or, as tankers also correctly call them, rollers, will make round chocolate coins, four pieces for each side.

Let's glue the made tracks and coins - wheels to the base of the chassis. And then we will glue all the parts of our chocolate tank made of candies to each other.

You can place a hatch on top of the tower, which we will make from a chocolate coin. As an additional decoration, you can use stars from shoulder straps by gluing them onto the armor of our creation.

All is ready!

A man will really like such a gift for Defender of the Fatherland Day, and a child will definitely be delighted.

There are many options for making a candy tank quickly and step by step with your own hands. You can use different candies: truffles, bird's milk, bars and many others that suit the shape and taste of the recipient of this gift.

For example, a great option when using candy and a bottle. This gift is only suitable for an adult man.

To sincerely please the representatives of the stronger half of humanity with a gift, you just need to fantasize on a military theme. Many men have a sweet tooth, which means they have a positive attitude towards candy and sweets. But simply giving a box of chocolates is somehow not interesting. But if you make a candy composition, that’s a completely different matter. For example, such as a tank made of sweets and chocolate. This car has a characteristic shape, which means that by embodying its existence in a sweet, candy-like version, we will create a definitely masculine set.

This means that if you choose such a gift, you will make the right choice!

The interesting thing is that each chocolate tank is special and unique, from its size to the composition of the sweets. And for production you can choose different methods.

Fantasize, and maybe you will come up with your own special and unique tank made of sweets and chocolate.

Master class on suite design: Tank

In this tutorial you will find an absolutely wonderful idea for creating a sweet tank. This surprise will please both boys and men.

  • Marina Kuzmina
  • Author's blog
  • We will need:
  • Thin and thick penoplex
  • Corrugated paper plain and gold
  • Glue gun
  • Gold cord, gold soutache
  • Cardboard for children's creativity (I used metallized one)
  • Double sided tape, tape
  • Glue Moment Crystal transparent
  • Beads
  • Sandpaper
  • Candies

Here is their approximate number for such a tank:

  • Ferrero Rocher – 12 pcs.,
  • Chocolate paws – 90 pcs.,
  • Chocolate night – 41 pcs.,
  • Bird's milk - 31 pcs.

I attach tape to all the candies on the back side.

We start with the blanks. Since I had thin polystyrene foam, I used it and glued it with double-sided tape. We cut out the tracks to size and rounded the edges. Next, we cut out the lower platform and make bevels along the edges (you can see this in the diagram). Then we cut out the top platform. At the end, I take sandpaper and sand all the uneven roughness so that everything is smooth and beautiful. Well, here is the diagram:

I always start with the caterpillars. I cover the blanks with corrugation on both sides. Then I take 2 candies that go to the tracks and use them to measure how wide we need to cut a piece of corrugation.

Cut a corrugation the width of 4 candies (I make a little extra). The length of the caterpillar is preliminarily determined from the workpiece (also with a margin).

A piece of corrugation was cut off, folded in half lengthwise and slightly wavy the edges on both sides.

We glue our strip to the workpiece with hot glue approximately in the middle. Next we decorate. I had gold soutache and glued it on the outside and inside of all the seams with Moment Crystal glue. Then we glue candies (Ferrero-Rocher or other round ones). The caterpillars are ready!

Let's move on to the tank itself. I covered the lower platform with double-sided tape and simple corrugation, and the upper one with gold. I glue the two pieces together with hot glue. Next we glue our tank to the tracks so that it stands on them. We arrange the candies approximately as they will be arranged for you.

Next, we make a cannon. I twist the cardboard for children's creativity in a spiral and secure it with ordinary wide tape, cutting it off on both sides so that it is even.

Then I wrap this tube with a narrow corrugated strip, fix it with hot glue at the beginning, and decorate it (I have soutache again). Next, we roughly determine the place where the gun should be, and trim it a little with a utility knife.

We try on the cannon, apply a little hot glue to its edges and insert it into this slot at an angle. We decorate. The gun is ready!

Finally, we begin to cover the tank with candy, first the caterpillars, and then everything else. This is the most interesting thing for me, I admit.

Finally, we make a hatch. I cut out a circle from corrugated cardboard, wrap it in gold corrugation, decorate with cord and glue it to the tank.

And this is a tank of the same size, but with different candies. So to speak, the size turned out to be universal.

Well, that's it - the tank is ready for battle! It turns out that it is about 45cm long including the gun. Finally, we make a platform, but this is at your discretion. I decorated it with candies and gold beads.

And this is a children's version of the tank. Here the blanks were all made 1 cm smaller, but the tank turned out to be a little smaller.

DIY candy tank: master class with instructions and video

We very often rack our brains over what to give a man for a holiday. Often, little comes to mind: a pair of socks and a fragrant perfume are no longer relevant for our tastes. It is enough just to understand the interests of the man, then the issue with the gift will be closed. Most men, despite their masculine interests, have a sweet tooth, and one of their favorite hobbies is computer games. So why not combine such pleasant hobbies into one gift? Today we will try to make a tank from candies with our own hands. What is also important is that products made by hand have a special value.

The idea of making various products from sweets first appeared in France; on church holidays it was customary to give sweet gifts. Around 1659, the French opened the first chocolate factory. And over time, this tradition spread to all everyday holidays. The first name for a bouquet of candies was “bonbonnieres,” which means “candy.” At weddings, it was customary to give each guest a small gift in the form of a box of sweets in the shape of flowers. Then this technique began to spread to other countries.

And already in 2000, candy bouquets changed their appearance and were made from different types of candies and different shapes. Everyday life items, designer jewelry, cartoon characters, etc. are all made from candy. So in today’s master class we’ll look at one of them.

Sweet ideas for boys

The fact that the candy is a tasty surprise is understandable. Here are a few ideas that will please not only the stomach, but also the eyes.

Poster

This gift is especially popular among teenagers. In fact, this is a gift, a postcard, and a wall newspaper at the same time. In order to create it you will need:

  • Whatman;
  • Glue;
  • Colored markers;
  • Various confectionery products.

It is better to create a poster on a large table or on the floor. Think over a sketch of the work in advance. Imagine what it will look like on a poster. Write the text first on a draft so as not to make mistakes later.

On whatman paper you write your congratulations and wishes, replacing some words with glued edible elements. Handwriting does not have to be calligraphic. It will be even more fun if it is similar to the Comic Sans font. One condition is that the letters must be large so that they can be seen at a distance of at least 2 meters.

And one more piece of advice from experienced people: buy sweets in at least two copies. Because someone, no, no, will eat candy while working.

Car

Well, what boy doesn’t dream of owning a car, becoming a racer and being a speedway star? And even if his favorite character is McQueen from the cartoon “Cars,” this does not change the essence. You can make a boy happy with a candy machine. This is a surprise, chocolate and a toy (almost like the motto of Kinder Surprise). A visual aid on how to bring this idea to life in this video:

Barbell

Even if the boy is not a fan of weightlifting, he will like the sports souvenir. And perhaps it will push you to think about playing sports. After all, sport is movement, and movement is life. You will need cardboard, a foil tube, double-sided tape, satin ribbon, sheets of paper and round candies. A step-by-step master class from this video will help you create a beautiful and tasty barbell:

Origami tank

Suitable for those who like to fold origami or as a gift for those men who are fond of this Japanese art.

In order to make a tank from origami modules you need to have enormous patience and quick hands, since to assemble it you will need 937 green triangular modules, 349 dark green, 341 light green, 42 yellow and 42 brown, i.e. a total of 1747 modules and 55 sheets of paper, as well as several sheets of green paper and 8 empty matchboxes. And only after all these parts are ready, you can start assembling the paper tank; by the way, it can be assembled simply from white modules, and then painted as desired.

To make it easier to understand how to assemble a tank from modules, you can use the video master class, it is not there in full, but only the important points of assembly:

There are many options for origami tank designs on the Internet; you can easily find an option that suits your complexity.

Tank for a child

This craft made from chocolate candies is easy to make even for beginner needlewomen. To make such a sweet gift for a boy, take round gold medals for the wheels and rectangular candies for the base, and elongated candies for pasting over the caterpillars.

We will also need cardboard, corrugated paper, double-sided tape (but you can also use hot glue instead). If desired, add a toy military figure. The tank model will be three-dimensional so that the child can first play with it and then try the sweets.

First, a base is made of cardboard. You can do it like this.

Then it is decorated with confectionery products that match your idea.

See how to do this in a simple step-by-step photo. The manufacturing process is quite simple.

And if we take a ready-made box as a basis, how will it turn out? We look from the video MK.

Tank of sweets and chocolates

Another tank making master class from me. What if the young man to whom you want to give such an unusual and fashionable gift prefers chocolates? Then this option will come in handy.

We will need

  • 2 chocolate bars of the same size (for example, Nuts and Nesquik)
  • “Martian” candies – 3 pieces
  • narrow tape
  • glue gun
  • 1.2 mm wide ribbon for decoration
  • green corrugated paper

To make the base for the tank, place two chocolates together and wrap them with tape.

It is not necessary to use the same chocolate bars; it is enough that they are the same in height and length.

The tails of the chocolates should first be bent using narrow tape.

Now wrap our base with a piece of green corrugation, as shown in the photo. Take its size so that the paper hides your chocolates. For me it is a rectangle 9 cm * 18 cm.

I secured the paper at the bottom with hot glue.

To decorate our tank, take a yellow narrow satin ribbon and secure it on both sides.

Now let's take on "The Martian". Secure the tails of the candies.

To make it faster, I used hot glue for this, or you can just use tape.

Then we will again use hot glue and glue candies (3 pieces) on top of the base of such a machine.

Like this. Nothing complicated.

Next you need to make the barrel. I take a piece of green paper (you can also use corrugated paper) measuring 5.5 cm * 12 cm and roll it into a tight tube. I fix the edges with glue.

I decorate one side with a yellow ribbon. Now I glue the barrel to the “Martian” candy itself.

Be sure to use hot glue here to ensure everything sticks well.

And so. Our supertank is ready.

All that remains is to glue the wheels.

I cut them out from one gift box that I had left over from the New Year holidays. Luckily there were a whole bunch of them in all sorts of different colors. Diameter – 2.5 cm, you need 4 pieces in total.

Well, we attached the wheels. Great?

I like it, what about you?

Such a simple idea for a sweet surprise will appeal to boys who need to be congratulated at school on February 23, for example, or to visit friends and surprise their sons.
