You can make the skirt on the dress very short or long, so the layout plan shows 2 options.

Transfer the pattern details onto paper, enlarging them to the desired size and setting the desired length. Then cut out the parts from crepe-satin, which stretches in the transverse direction, not forgetting the seam allowances.

Sewing

On the front bodice (item 1) from the wrong side, stitch the folds to the arrow marks, iron and sweep along the edges.
On the left strap (item 3), use running stitches to move the fold lines to the right side. Fold in folds and iron, then sweep along the edges. Turn the one-piece facing along the fold line onto the shoulder strap with folds face to face, stitch the longitudinal sections. Turn the strap inside out and iron it. Sweep the top and bottom cuts. Secure the folds with stitches on the facing.
Baste the left strap and then stitch it to the front bodice.
Sew the facing (item 4) to the front of the bodice, starting from the right armhole, then along the shoulder edge.
Baste the back end of the left strap to the shoulder section on the back.
Stitch the back facing to the back bodice, securing the left strap.
Sew the bodice along the right side seam, and then the short edges of the facing.
On the details of the skirt, sew folds and darts, then sew a seam on the right side.
Gather the bottom edge of the top of the dress and stitch the skirt.
Sew the zipper into the left side seam and fold the hem.
